Perused the case record and it is found that the complainant has filed several cases for different vehicles vide C.C. No.115/2023 & 116/2023. For the same transaction cases have been filed suppressing material facts. It is presumed that the vehicle is meant for commercial purpose. The complainant has not come to this Dist.C.D.R. Commission, Sundargarh-II, Rourkela with clean hand, accordingly the Case is dismissed.

           C.C. No.115/2023 and 116/2023 are disposed of accordingly.

           Order pronounced in open court on this 17^th Day of November, 2023.

           Copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned free of cost.
