BY SRI. RAVISHANKAR, JUDICIAL MEMBER.

          Heard from the appellant and appellant files a memo stating that all original documents pertaining to the appellant/complainant was handed over and the same was acknowledged by the appellant/complainant on 22-4-2022.

Appellant filed this complaint against the respondent before the District Commission which was dismissed against this respondent holding that the complainant is still in due loan and not eligible for obtaining the original documents from the respondent bank. Anyhow, the appellant not present and submitted any arguments. Considering the memo filed by the respondent that all the original documents were received by this appellant, the appeal is infructuous.  Hence, the appeal is dismissed.
