CONSUMER COMPLAINT CASE NO.28 OF 2018

 

 

 

31.07.2018                Today the case is fixed for order of the petition filed by the O.Ps. The O.Ps. filed preliminary objection to the complaint petition on the ground that an arbitral award has already been passed against the complainant on dtd. 15.12.2017 on the said financed vehicle. The O.ps. also filed several citations of judgment in support of his case and prayed the case to be dismissed.

                                    As an arbitral award has already been passed against the complainant before filing of the case this Hon’ble Forum binds its hand to decide hence the present case is dismissed. 

 

                                    Accordingly the case is disposed of.
