Final Order / Judgement

This complainat was filed on 22.05.2013 and is pending for disposal. Record reveals the minimal participation of the Complainant. Section 38 (7) of the C.P.Act 2019 stipulates that a complaint should be disposed off within a period of 3 months. This matter is pending for almost 10 years. Learned Counsel for Opposite Party Shri S.Jindal entered appearance and files power which is taken on record. After scrutiny of the order sheet which reveals non partictipation of the Complainant there cannot be a mere escape from disposal of the complaint.
