ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                   JUDGMENT

            Complainant has field the consumer complaint U/s.12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking redressal of his grievance.

            Matter was heard and order reserved on 21.12.2018 but not pronounced for which fresh notice was issued but none appears.

            Relationship between complainant and opposite parties is that of Debtor and Creditor and the loan agreement has already expired since 27.01.2018 this is Case U/s.12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and complainant is a residence of Angul, taken loan from Angul and added opposite party No.3 who is no way concerned and only in order to bring jurisdiction has been impleaded. So this case is not maintainable due to want of jurisdiction as stipulated U/s.11(2)(a) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  Accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.

            Pronounced in the open Commission on this 28th Dec.,2023.
