The case put up today on the strength of Memo and a petition filed by the complainant. The complainant is present personally alongwith his Advocate and prayed that he has deposited Rs.1,00,000/- only in shape of cash to the O.P on dtd. 07.12.2017. Both the parties settled the case outside the court and the complainant do not want to proceed with the case any further.

As the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.

Accordingly the present Consumer Complaint Case is disposed of.
