ORDER

Shri Sudip Majumder- President-in-Charge.

            Today is fixed for hearing on the amendment petition filed by the OP No. 1 dated 21/02/2024 and W/O if any. Both the parties files hazira through their respective Ld. Advocates. Heard Ld. Advocates for the both sides.

            One amendment petition has been filed by the OP No. 1 for amendment of written version. The same has been registered as M.A. Case being No. 67/2024. Record is now taken up for passing order.

            Perused the petition. Considered. From the content of the petition it appears that the OP No. 1 intends to amend the written version as per schedule of the amendment petition dated 21/02/2024.

            Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present at the time of hearing and objection raised in respect of allowing the prayer for amendment as sought for by the Ld. Advocate for the OP No. 1.

            In the instant case, this Commission is of view that if the prayer for amendment as made by the OP No. 1 would be allowed by this Commission that cannot change the nature and character of this case because it is formal in nature.

            Hence, the amendment petition being M.A. Case being No. 67/2024 is considered and allowed on contest without any cost. OP No. 1 is directed to file the amended written version as soon as possible.

Thus the M.A. Case being No. 67/2024 is disposed of.

            Fix. 31/07/2024 for filing of amended W/V by the OP No. 1.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
