Complainant is present. Heard on the point of admission.        

                   The Sulekha Devi filed this claim for a direction to the O.P. to provide surrender certificate and NOC and for return of Rs. 2,50,000/- EMI paid with compensation and litigation cost.

                   Perused the record it appears that cause of action arise on 20.12.2009 when the complainant got the knowledge about refinance and sale of his vehicle which was surrendered by him on 27.05.2008 and there is no reasonable ground why the complaint has not been filed within two years of cause of action under section 24 of the C.P. Act. Therefore, the delay cannot be stretched per condonation of the delay. Therefore, the claim is time barred and therefore, it is hereby dismissed.

                             O.C. is directed to deposit the record in the record room.
