                   The record is put up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by the petitioner’s counsel. The OP’s counsel has seen the petition.

                   The petitioner Raneswar Tripathy has filed a memo with prayer to withdraw the case on the ground that he and the Ops have settled the matter out of the forum. The OP’s counsel has received the copy without objection. The petitioner has been identified by his counsel. Both the counsels and the petitioner are heard. The petitioner admitted that the contents of the memo filed by him are true and voluntary. So the prayer of the petitioner is allowed. The case is dropped as withdrawn and closed. Record need not be put up on the date fixed i.e. on 05/12/2018.

                   Since the main case has been disposed off today, this misc case is automatically disposed off as nonest in the eye of law.
