Both the parties are present. Today is fixed for hearing argument.  At this stage, the Ld. Lawyers for both parties file separate petitions stating, inter alia, that they are willing to settle the matter amicably.  Accordingly the complainant received Rs. 500/- from the OP bank and he signed on the order-sheet with full satisfaction.  Ld. Lawyer for the OP has also prayed for time to hand over the NOC and other relevant documents to the complainant.  The complainant has raised no objection against the submission of OP. 

            Perused the petitions.  Heard the submission of Ld. Lawyer for the OP.  Considered.  The prayer for time of the OP is allowed. 

In view of above submissions of Ld. Lawyers and the petitions filed by them today, this case deserves dismissal. 

Hence, it is

Ordered,

            The case stands disposed of accordingly and the petitions filed today are disposed of.  The OP IndusInd Bank is directed to return the NOC and other relevant documents to the complainant within 15 days from the date of this order, in default, the complainant is at liberty to realize the same in accordance with the provision of Consumer Protection Act, 1986. 

Let a plain copy of this final order be supplied to the parties / their Ld. Advocates / agents forthwith free of cost or send by ordinary post.
