Case record is put up to-day in the Dist. Level Lok Adalat.Ld.counsel for both the parties are present. Advocate for the complainant files a memo dtd.8.7.2023. Ld. advocate for the O.P.No.2 also files petition  dt.8.10.2023 offering settlement amount of Rs.1,78,000/- for full and final settlement of the dispute, to which the complainant accept the proposal of O.P.No.2 and agree to accept Rs.1,78,000/- only towards full and final settlement of the dispute between the parties. The matter is taken up through virtual mode .In view of the aforesaid facts, the complaint of the complainant is disposed of as compromise without cost and compensation and O.PNo.2 is hereby directed to deposit the compromise amount of Rs.1,78,000/-(one lakh seventy  eight thousand only in favour of the complainant within thirty days from the date of order, failing which exemplary cost shall be imposed.
