A Joint compromise Petition has been filed stating therein that the complainant and opposite party have agreed to settle the dispute to their mutual satisfaction. It has further been stated that in pursuance thereof but without admitting any liability under the policy, The opposite parties has paid and amount of Rs – 2,18,192/- to the complainant vide cheque No – 505325 dated 17-10-2017 under policy No -16986614 amounting to Rs- 1,18,192/- and vide cheque No 505326 dated 17-10-2017 under policy No – 16828115 amounting to Rs- 10,0000/- The cheque is drawn in favour of the complainant drawn on ICICI Bank and complainant has accepted the said payment in full and final considering the fact and circumstances of the case and submission made by the parties complaint petition filed by the complaint is disposed of juri as award. An another petition has been filed by the complaint Drawing therein I humbley pray before this Hon’ble forum to withdraw this matter settled. Considering are resolved complainant is Permitted to withdraw the complaint petition. परिवादी एवं विपक्षी संख्या 2 की ओर से हाजरी दाखिल की गई तथा उभय के विद्धान अधिवक्ता उपस्थित है। पक्षकारों के विद्धान अधिवक्ता के साक्ष्य पर परिवादनी को ICICI का दो चेक नं0 505325- 1,18,192/- रूपये एवं चेक नं0 - 505326 रूपये 10,0000/- को दिया गया।
