Both the parties are present by filing hajira through their respective Ld. Lawyers.

                        The Ld. Lawyer for the opposite party filed a memorandum of settlement on 11.10.2019 wherein it is stated that the complainant and the opposite party have mutually agreed to resolve all disputes of subject matter of the complaint petition through amicable settlement in terms of the compromise agreement filed herewith.

                        In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are of the considered view that the instant case may be dropped with full satisfaction. 

            Hence, it is

Ordered,

            That the instant case be and the same is dropped with full satisfaction as per prayer of the parties.   

            Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties forthwith free of cost.
