ORDER

The Complainant files hazira. The OP prays for time. The petition dated 04/01/2019 filed by the OP/ICICI. Lambard for adding financer of the Complainant Hero Fin. Crop as party to the case along with objection filed by the Complainant is taken up for passing order treating the same as M.A Case No. 31/2019.

During hearing Ld. Advocate/Agent of the Complainant submitted that the Complainant has paid entire dues of financer, so they are not necessary party to the case. In support of his connection the Complainant has filed no objection certificate date 14/07/2019, which reveals, that entire loan has been paid by the Complainant and loan stands concelled.

In this juncture we think Hero Fin. Corp is not necessary part to the case.

Hence

            Ordered,

                        that the petition petition dated 04/01/2019 filed by the OP/ICICI. Lambard for adding financer of the Complainant Hero Fin. Crop as party to the case filed by the Complainant i.e. M.A Case No. 31/2019 be and the same is rejected. No cost.

Thus the M.A is disposed of.
