This Case record is taken up today on the strength of Joint Compromise petition filed by the parties. As per the said compromise petition agreed between the Parties, the Op has issued an a/c payee Cheque of ICICI Bank bearing Cheque No 402675 dt. 03.03.2021 for Rs. 3,75857/- on favour of HDFC bank Ltd., Loan A/c  Damodar Pangi towards part payment and the rest amount  Rs. 1,64,143/- will  be paid after getting R.C Cancellation from the concerned. RTO and NOC from financier.

              The Complainant being present along with his A/R filed a memo stating that he will receive the Cheque amount as per agreement. Heard.

              Office is to make over the Cheque amount after due endorsement. The A/R for the Complainant is to attest the signature of the complainant.
