Both parties file hazira.The petition dt.12.2017 filed by the complainant for examination of surveyor is taken up for hearing treating the same as M.A No.7/2018.Hd both sides objection is raised by ld adv of the op ins company.

During hearing ld adv of the complainant submitted that surveyor is required to be examined is clarify anomaly in his report, which is apparent from his report .We find materials in his submission and the petition is required to be allowed.

Petition dt.12.12.2017 that complainant for examination of surveyor i.e. M.A.No.7/2018 and the same is allowed on contest without any costs.

Thus the M.A is disposed of let issue notice to Mr Ranjan Bandopadhyay, Surveyor direction to appear before this Forum on 08.02.2018 for adducing evidence in this case.
