The case is placed before the National Lok Adalat held on 09/12/2023 at D.C.D.R.C, Birbhum, at 10:30 A.M.

                Both parties are present with their respective Ld. Advocates. Heard both sides. This National Lok Adalat took initiative for amicable settlement.

The OP/ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. agreed to pay a sum of Rs.19,407/-(Nineteen thousand four hundred seven only) to the complainant. The complainant also agreed to receive the sum for settlement.

The OP/ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. is directed to issue the chequesin favour of the complainantwithin 30 days from this date of order.
