Both the parties are present along with their conducting Ld. Advocate. The O.P ICICI Lombard Gen. Ins. Co. Ltd. paid the sum of Rs. 1,75, 000/-(One Lacks Seventy Five Thousand) to the complainant by issuing the cheque being No. 473684 dated 17/02/2022 of ICICI Bank.

The complainant received the cheque.

In view of the above stated circumstances the matter is settled on full satisfaction.
