ORDER

The Dhr files hazira. Jdr take no step.

            The petition dated 03.01.18 filed by the Dhr for issuance of W/A against the Jdr. is taken up for hearing treating the same as Mis. Case No. 02/2018.

            Perused the petition filed and Final order.

Hd. Ld. Advocate/Agent of the Dhr.

            We find that in the present case out of total claim of the complainant Rs. 29963/-, the Jdr. has already paid Rs. 24000/- to the Dhr. and remaining Rs. 5963/- is to be paid by the Jdr. and by order dated 17.11.2017 the Jdr. was directed to pay Rs. 5963/-  by today.

            But today Jdr. neither paid such amount nor takes any steps.

            So, we do not find any impediment to allow such petition for non-compliance of order of the Forum.

            Hence,

ORDERED

that the Mis. case No. 02/18 i.e. petition dated 03.01.18 filed by the Dhr is allowed on ex parte without any cost.

            Thus the Mis. case is disposed of. Issue W/A against Jdr.
