ORDER

The record is put up on the strength of application as filed from the side of the complainant/Dhr another application is filed from the side of the Dhr it is found that OP ICICI Lombard by filing one application on this very dated filed one A/C paying cheque amounting Rs. 2,57,735/- dated 13/01/2020 on ICICI Bank in the name of the complainant/Dhr Sk. Abbus Uddin being A/C No. 010405222220 the complainant Dhr filed one application for withdrawal of the cheque amount after receiving the cheque by himself. Hd. Ld. Advocate of the both sides. Heard complainant/Dhr who submits that he is not willing to proceed with this execution case as by this cheque amount his claim has been fulfilled in total. Considered. Let the cheque being No. 401901 amounting Rs. 2,57,735/- be handed over to the complainant/Dhr Sk. Abbusuddin on proper Identification and Verification. Perused the original Voter I/D Card and Addhr Card of the Dhr while the photo copies of those documents are kept with the record. The cheque amount shall be handed over to the Dhr on his signature which shall be signed by him in presence Ld. Advocate on record allowing with Advocates signature identifying the Dhr.

 

Later. The cheque has been handed over to the Dhr and on consideration of the petition of the Dhr while he has submitted that he received the entire amount on full satisfaction, it is ordered, that the instant case be and the same is dropped and thus disposed of.
