The case is taken up for hearing in this Lok Adalat. Parties are present with their Ld. Lawyers.

Perused the record. Hd. the Ld. Layers of the both sides. It is submitted by the Ld. Layer for the O.P that the OP is ready to pay Rs. 2, 00000/(Two Lacks) only, to which the complainant agrees.

Hence,

                O R D E R E D

                                           that the OP Insurance Company with issue a cheque of Rs. 2,00000/ in the name of the complainant which 30 days from this order failing with the amount shall carry interest @ 8% p.a after 30 days till payment.

The case in thus disposed of through Lok Adalat.
