SRI ARUN KUMAR PATEL, PRESIDENT:

          The case record is put today as it is fixed for personal appearance of B.M. ICICI Bank, Sundargarh, for clarification of the account statement as filed by the complainant and hearing of the case. Both the parties are present in the Forum today. The complainant files a memo of withdrawal of his case as the matter has already been compromise between the parties outside of the Forum.

                         Considering the fact on memo as filed by the complainant obtaining signature of the Op therein, we inclined to allow the case to be withdraw as the complainant has no interest to proceeding his case matter due to amicable settlement between the parties.

          Accordingly the case is disposed of and withdrawn.
