File taken up today, i.e. on 14.09.2024 in the National Lok Adalat. As per settlement arrived at between the parties, in Pre-Lok Adalat, Counsel for the Complainant, Sh.Karan Khullar, Advocate made a statement to the effect that the complainant will deposit the outstanding dues in the loan amount of Rs.1180/- to the OPs. He has received a sum of Rs.98,336/- by way of Demand Draft bearing No.506336 dated 13.09.2024 drawn on ICICI Bank on behalf of the complainant. He has agreed on 13.09.2024 in his separate statement. As such, he withdraws the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
