Today is fixed for   filing questionnaire by the complainant.

 Ld. Adv. for the OP is present.

 Complainant was asked to appear before this Commission and filed questionnaire vide order no. 24 d td. 10.04.2023.

 Copy o f the said order was sent to complainant by post.

 But complainant not yet appeared today.

 On perusal of record we find that on 10.04.2023  Ld. Adv. for the complainant surrendered his Vokalatnama.

 In view of above, we find that complainant has lost his interest.
