The complainant is present by filing hajira through the Ld. Advocate. The O.P.s appeared by filing vokalatnama. Both parties have filed one joint petition praying for disposal of the case, on compromise.

           Perused the petition and other materials on record. Heard the Ld. Lawyers for both the parties. In the said petition the complainant has stated that their dispute has been amicably settled out of court. As such they donot want to proceed further with this case and they have prayed for disposal of the case on compromise.

           For the ends of justice the prayer is considered and allowed.

           Hence it is

                                             O R D E R E D :-

              that the Consumer Case no.02/2018 be and the same is dropped on compromise. The case is thus disposed off.

              Let plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost forthwith.
