The case is posted today for hearing. The Adv. for the Complainant files hazira. The Adv. for  O.Ps files hazira. Today Adv. for both Parties files a petition praying for compromise the case. Perused the compromise petition of both Parties. Heard, Compromise petition is allowed. As the matter of the case has already been compromised between both Parties outside the Forum & Parties want to drop the case, so there is no necessity to proceed further in this case. Under the above circumstances, the case is hereby dropped & disposed of accordingly.
