Today is fixed for filing evidence in affidavit by the complainant side. Complainant is neither present nor submitted any petition showing reason as to why evidence could not be submitted.

We have perused the case record. Complainant has become absent without any step for last seven consecutive dates. It appears that the complainant is not interested to proceed further with this case. Complainant got sufficient opportunity to submit evidence in affidavit but fails to submit the same. A case cannot be dragged for an indefinite period.

In view of the above the case is dismissed for default.
