Complainant is present. O.P. No. 1 is present and A/R for O.P. No. 2 and 3 Sri S.K. Mishra, Advocate and his associate is also present. 

This record is put up today on the strength of a memo dated 07.01.2021 filed by the parties wherein it is stated that the present disputes between the parties have been amicably settled out of Court and the complainant does not have issues pending with the Opp. Parties relating to the present dispute and the due dispute amount deposited in his A/c. No. 368901500485 and he does not want to proceed with the case as he has no claim against the O.Ps. further.           

Perused the memo dated 07.01.2021 filed by the parties.  It is ascertained from the submissions of parties and the memo to that effect being filed, that the complainant has received the settled amount from the O.Ps. as per the settlement made between them and also it is found that he has no claim in future against the O.Ps. Therefore, on the basis of such memo dated 07.01.2021, we are inclined to drop the case hence forth.

Keeping in view of the above compliance made between the parties, we have no hesitation to close the case.  Accordingly the present case is closed hencefo
