01.06.2022                Today the case is fixed for hearing. The complainant is present personally along with his advocate and files one memo petition on the ground that both parties have been settled amicably outside the Commission. The complainant prayed before this Commission that he do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    In view of present memo petition as the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
