-: ORDER:-

 

          The complainant has made this complaint seeking payment of Rs.32,904.11 paise from the opposite parties making certain allegations.

 

2.       The opposite parties have filed their version.

3.       Both the parties have filed their affidavits and documents.  Heard.

4.       Now the parties have filed the joint memo which reads:-

“The complainant and opposite parties have agreed to settle their dispute in the following manner:-

 

1.         The opposite party has agreed to reverse a sum of Rs.22,904.11 out of lien marking amount of Rs.32,904.11.

 

2.         The complainant agreed to pay installment for the month of June-2011 and also future EMIs along with service charges and other charges which are applicable.

In view of the above, the Memo be taken on record and complaint be disposed off.”

 

The same is recorded and accorded.  Hence we pass the following:-

-: ORDER:-

  1. The Complaint is Allowed-in-part.
  2. The opposite parties are directed to reverse the sum of Rs.22,904.11 out of the amount of Rs.32,904.11 in full and final satisfaction of the disputed claim.  The complainant shall pay the installment from the month of June-2011 to the opposite parties with service charges and other charges refundable.  No other amount is due to the opposite party with respect to the disputed claim in this complaint.
  3. Both the parties shall bear their own costs.
  4. Return the extra sets filed by the parties to the concerned as under Regulation 20(3) of the Consumer’s Protection Regulation 2005.
  5. Send a copy of this order to both parties free of costs, immediately.
