The complainant  is absent. Attendance on behalf of o.ps has been filed.

            A petition has been filed on behalf of o.ps of  the effect that the matter has been settled in the passed by the ESSEL Company and the same has been intimated  by the agent of the complainant. It has been prayed to dispose of the  case in the above light. With the petition, photocopy of letter No.-178 dated 17-06-2019 by Junior Engineer, Electric Supply Junior Kalyani Muzaffarpur has been annexed with list of  documents. In the aforesaid letter the same matter has been mentioned.

         Heard the learned lawyer for the o.ps.  None present  on behalf of complainant. Learned  lawyer for the o.ps submits that the matter has been settled in the past so this case may be dispose of.

            Perused the Record. On perusal of record it transpires that complainant  is regularly absent  since 21-03-2016/07-05-2018. This is an old case of the year 2012 and is pending for hearing. From perusal of record it also transpires that the complainant has lost his interest from the  case. In the circumstances  the case is dismissed in default.
