This is a complaint filed under section 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite party not to put auction for sale of the Tractor AP22S-0574 and the Trailor No.AP22S-1218 and to receive third installment amount with penal charges and other installment as per the loan schedule with half yearly rests and to deliver the possession of the Tractor and Trailor in favour of the complainant and to pay Rs.20,000/- towards mental agony, financial stress and for deficiency of service and Rs.5,000/- towards costs to the complainant.  

 This C.C. coming on before us this day in the presence of  Sri B. Ramnath Goud, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the complainant and Sri K. Anil Kumar, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the opposite party and the matter having stoodover for consideration till this day, this Forum delivered the following:

          At this stage, the complainant filed memo stating that the opposite party has returned the vehicle after receiving the due installments amount as such, he is not pressing this complaint. The memo is accordingly recorded. In view of the memo filed, the complaint is dismissed as not pressed.  No costs.    

   Pronounced by us in the open Forum, on this the 11th day of November, 2011.
