Case record is put up to-day on the petition filed by the Advocate for the Complainant. This case had posted for hearing. Learned Advocates for both parties are present. Complainant files a memo of withdrawal petition through his Advocate stating that he does not want to proceed the case anymore as the present dispute is mutually settled up by both the parties outside the court hence pray for withdrawal the case. In view of the said petition filed by the Advocate for the complainant the case is withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
