The complainant Sri Arati Kalita is present in person and her counsels are also present today . The opp. party no-2  side’s counsel Mr Suraj Deka  files hajira . The  complainant vide petition no-1946/17 which is filed on  30/11/2017 prays  for dismissing the case on withdrawal with a permission to refile it . We have heard submission of ld counsel of complainant  Mr Mridul Chetia as well as the complainant herself . We have found there is no  legal impediment to allow for withdrawing the complaint . Accordingly , the  petition is allowed  and the complaint is dismissed on  withdrawal with a permission for fresh filing.
