ORDER

          Ld. Counsel for the respondent-JD has made a statement that he has handed over the cheque no. 104132 dated 9.10.2018 amounting to Rs. 62635/- in the name of Varun Bansal to Shri Mannu Malik, Advocate for the complainant-DH.

Ld. Counsel for the complainant –DH has also made a statement that he has received the above mentioned cheque from Shri Joginder Kuhar, Advocate for respondent-JD thus, he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

          Heard.

          Keeping in view the statement made by the ld. Counsel for the complainant –DH, the present execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
