The case is posted today for filing of fresh step against the O.P by Advocate for the complainant, as last chance. Advocate for the complainant files hazira, but absent at the time of hearing. On repeated calls, none respond on behalf of the complainant. Perused the case record.

                                         In the present case, Advocate for the complainant has not filed fresh step against the O.P, in spite of several directions to him for filing of the same. As it appears from the case record that the complainant remained absent since 03.04.24 to till today, for which the valuable time of this Commission is being wasted. Considering the nature & conduct of the complainant, this Commission is of the view that the complaint of the complainant should be dismissed.   

                                         Accordingly, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed.
