01.09.2021                The case record is put up today on the strength of put up petition as filed by the complainant wherein it is fixed on dtd.5.10.2021 for hearing. The Complainant is present personally and identify by his Advocate Sri Ashok Ku. Mohanty and files Memo which was accepted.  The complainant has prayed for withdrawn the case. The complainant do not want to proceed with the case further as because in between the parties are amicably settled their dispute outside the Commission.

                                    In view of withdraw petition, the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn with no liberty to file the same case afresh.
