            The Complainant has been directed to file show cause but the Complainant neither files show cause petition nor takes any steps. Strong objection is raised by Ld. Advocate/Agent of the Ops. This consumer complainant case is to be disposed of within 3 months. So, as per order No. 17 dated 26/09/2018 case be and the same is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.
