The complainant is present with a petition No.29(A) 14.05.2020. Case record is also put up. The advocate for the complainant vide this petition states that he and his client (the complainant) is agreed to accept the reply given by the OP and hence they are not willing to proceed with the case any further and hence the court finds no necessity to hear upon the petitions No.136/18 and 232/18 as ordered earlier for hearing on 21/03/2020 and the petitions are disposed off accordingly.

As the compliance of the juddgment is made and the complainant has received the judgment amount the case is hereby finally dispossed off.
