As 24/07/2022 was Sunday, the case record is put up today.

             The Learned counsel for the complainant is present. The Opp. party is absent on repeated calls although it is 01.20PM.

            Heard the learned counsel for the complainant. He prayed to make the interim order passed by this Commission to be absolute as the opp. party did not appear inspite of receipt the interim order through Regd. Post.

         Perused the record. On 17.06.2022(later) order was passed directing the opp. party not to sale/transfer/mortgage or transfer the interest of the seized vehicle bearing Regd. No. OD-19L-3402 in any manner to any other legal person/persons/until further order.

          Notice was issued to the opp. party along with the copy of the said order through Regd. Post with A.D. The postal receipt and the A.D. are available on the original Case C.C.No.34 of 2022. Inspite of such notice and receipt of order the opp. party did not care/choose to appear before this Commission to participate in hearing of the Misc. case.

     Hence the order dtd.17.06.2022(later) passed in  this Misc. case is made absolute and the opp. party is directed not to sale/transfer/mortgage or transfer the interest of the seized vehicle bearing Regd. No. OD-19L-3402 in any manner to any other legal person/persons/until disposal of C.C.No. 34 of 2022.
