          Ld. Counsel for the respondent has made a statement that if the complainant deposits the amount of Rs. 29233/- as interest which accrued up to 31.08.2015, in that event. They will issue him the NOC.

Ld. Counsel for the complainant has also made a statement that he is agree with the statement made by the ld. Counsel for the respondent and he does not want to continue with the present complainant and it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
