                                    Smt. Jigeesha Mishra, President:-

05.09.2022:               The case is fixed to-day for hearing. Perused the case record and documents available.  It reveals from complaint petition that the complainant Rajesh Kumar Naik is the resident of Kurabaga in Sundargarh district.  The O.P. No.1 is Branch Manager, CNH Industrial Capital (India) Pvt. Ltd, Taknapani Road, Bhubaneswar, khorda and the O.P.No.2 is CNH Industrial Capital (India) Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi.  The present case is not come under the jurisdiction of this Commission. 

 

                                    Hence the present complaint is dismissed with liberty to complainant to file the case as per law. The limitation shall not be bar for filing complaint.

                                    Accordingly the case is disposed of.
