                                                                                              JUDGMENT

            Counsels for both sides are absent. We have gone through the records and find that final award under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has already been passed by the Arbitrator on 09.7.2022, i.e. prior to filing of consumer complaint as such this Commission lacks jurisdiction to adjudicate the matter. Liberty is given to complainant to approach appropriate Forum. Accordingly consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
