The record is put up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by the complainant. Copy not served as the other side has not appeared till today. The complainant has filed a memo with prayer to drop the case on the grounds that he does not want to proceed with this case. The complainant is present & has signed on the memo being identified by the counsel. The legal officer of the OPs has seen the memo without objection. So the case is dropped and closed as withdrawn. Case need not be put up on the date fixed.
