ORDER

Complainant filed consumer complaint on 20/09/2022 seeking following relifes . It is therefore prayed that your honour would be graciosly pleased to admit the case. issue notice to the opp.parties & after hearing allow this case by directing the opp.parties to release the vehicle Regd. No OD-04.N -8797 having chesis No. MA1PHAPHDKGG 75234 , Engine No.VCKIG16076 in favrur of the complainant or else the opp.party be directed not to insist upon the complainant about the illegal demand of Rs.26,08,556/- if the opp.parte fails to release the vehicle in favour of the complainant then the opp.party be directed to refund back the amount taken from the complainant with 9% interest. Rs.26,08,565/- value of C.C amounts to stipulated under Rule 7 of C.D.R.C rules .2020 amouning Rs.1000/-having not been paid complied as on today goes to show that complainant is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Regarding pointing not the defects & it was directed on 21.09.2022 to remark the defects within 3 weeks but so far the complainant has not remark the defect till date by filing the requried IPO of Rs-1000/- the complainant having fail to comply the mandatory provision, we are unable to admit the cc for non prosecution as the Advocate for complainant is also absent on call.
