08.09.2021:               The case record is put up today on the strength of put up petition filed by the complainant as it is fixed on dtd.16.09.2021 for filing of version by O.P. The Complainant is present along with his advocate and files a withdraw petition.  The complainant has prayed that both the parties have amicably settled/ compromised the matter outside the Commission and do not want to proceed with the case further.

                                    The petition is considered and allowed. The case is  dropped and disposed of with no liberty to file afresh
