The case is posted today on the strength of record call for petition filed by the Advocate for Complainant. Both the Complainant and his Advocate were present and filed a petition on the ground stated therein along with xerox copy of Aadhar card of the Complainant duly identified by his Advocate. Copy served to the Advocate for O.P No.2. Perused the case record. The Complainant wants to withdraw this case as it has been compromised outside the Forum and now, there is no dispute between the Parties. Heard. We are satisfied that withdrawal is voluntary in nature and there is no objection from the side of the O.Ps. So, for interest of justice, the petition is allowed and the case is dismissed being withdrawn. The case need not be posted on 22.01.2019 as fixed earlier.
