          Advocate for O.P. filed hazira. No step has been taken by the Complainant. Heard the petition on maintainability. The Complainant is having three vehicles bearing No. OR-23J 2186, OR-15Q 6986 and OR-23B 5262. As multiple vehicles are three and the Complainant not filed any objection on maintainability nor substantiated that solely he depends on the alleged vehicle for livelihood, it is established that the Complainant is not a consumer of the O.P. Accordingly, the case is dismissed.
