The case record is put today on the strength of put up petition filed by the complainant through his advocate as it is fixed for hearing on 08.03.2015. The complainant is present personally along with his advocate and files a memo of compromise petition on the grounds that both complainant and Opposite party are amicably settled the matter outside the court premises and the complainant do not want to proceed with the case any further.   Heard. The petition is hereby allowed.

In view of the present compromise petition, the present case is dropped as withdrawn. 

                 Accordingly the case is disposed of.
