No one appears for the petitioner.  Even then, we have examined the impugned order passed by the State Commission.  The State Commission has dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner mainly on the ground that the appeal was filed after a delay of 823 days, which the appellant had failed to explain.  The State Commission has given cogent reason while declining the prayer of condonation of said undue delay in filing the appeal.

In our view, the order passed by the State Commission is in strict consonance with the law laid down by the Apex court and various High Courts on the subject.  We see no illegality, material irregularity or any jurisdictional error in the impugned order, which calls for interference in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(B) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  The revision petition is dismissed.
